1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "sa999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the sa999.ws platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the sa999 platform or accesses any service offered at sa999.ws.
• "Platform" refers to the sa999 website at sa999.ws, including all associated pages, services, games, and applications made available by sa999.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the sa999 platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, jackpot games, slots, payment processing, bonuses, customer support, and any other facility offered by sa999.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all transactions on the sa999 platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by sa999 before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by sa999 under a specific promotional offer.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sa999. By completing the registration process on the sa999 platform, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation during the registration or login process, or by using any sa999 service after these Terms have been published, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions applicable to individual games, promotions, or features on the sa999 platform. Where any conflict exists between specific game or promotion rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of that conflict only.

3Eligibility

Use of the sa999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which you maintain an account or use any sa999 service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sa999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of sa999 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or affiliate of sa999, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from the sa999 platform or from any other gaming platform through a cross-platform exclusion programme of which sa999 is a participant.

4Account Registration

To access sa999 services, you must create a registered account on the sa999 platform. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account only: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one sa999 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, from the same device, household, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must keep your account details updated at all times. sa999 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your sa999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sa999 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inactive accounts: sa999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge or close accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any inactivity charge being applied.

sa999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5KYC Verification

sa999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of its players. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from any account and may be requested at any time at sa999's discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, clearly showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months, showing your name and address.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot confirming ownership of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account from which a deposit was made.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by sa999's compliance team.

Withdrawals will remain pending until KYC verification is complete. sa999 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from a player's failure to provide the requested documentation promptly.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sa999 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though sa999 reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion for compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. sa999 may add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by sa999's payments team in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, sa999 bears no responsibility for any resulting loss of access to gaming services. Contact your bank or mobile wallet provider in the first instance.
• Currency conversion: sa999 does not apply currency conversion. All accounts are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

7Bonuses & Promotions

sa999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage, which will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per game round or per sports selection is Rs 500, unless otherwise specified. Any bet in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms. Bonuses must be either completed or forfeited before a new bonus can be activated.
• Bonus abuse: sa999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing equal and opposite bets to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hedging"), and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately.
• sa999's right to modify or withdraw bonuses: sa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including bonuses already credited to a player's account where there is evidence of abuse or system error.

8Game Rules & Fair Play

sa999 offers casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting markets sourced from licensed, internationally recognised game providers. All game outcomes on the sa999 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the sa999 platform:

• Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, sa999's system will automatically complete the round using the parameters set at the point of disconnection. sa999 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a player's internet connectivity issues.
• If a game malfunctions and produces an erroneous result, that round will be declared void and the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. sa999 accepts no further liability in such circumstances.
• sa999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it believes in good faith to be the result of a technical error, data feed failure, collusion, or any other event that has compromised the integrity of the game or betting market.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sa999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the sa999 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in sa999's games or platform. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to sa999 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including any commercial purpose or any activity related to money laundering or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sa999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or cancel any deposit after it has been used for gaming activity.

10Intellectual Property

All content available on the sa999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the property of sa999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sa999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or exploit any sa999 content for any purpose without the prior written consent of sa999.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any sa999 content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the sa999 platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the sa999 platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of sa999's intellectual property may result in account suspension, civil legal proceedings, and/or criminal prosecution where applicable.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sa999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the sa999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond sa999's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content displayed on the sa999 platform.
• Any loss arising from changes to, suspension of, or discontinuation of any sa999 service.

sa999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sa999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Responsible Gaming

sa999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity effectively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all sa999 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can lose. The same timing rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications that trigger after a specified period of continuous play, reminding them of the time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a cool-off period, the account remains closed to all gaming and deposit activity. Balances are preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the sa999 platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any remaining account balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13Account Suspension & Closure

sa999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or any other legal obligation requiring account suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, sa999 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, the account balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their sa999 account at any time by contacting sa999 customer support. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing timelines.

14Amendments to These Terms

sa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at sa999.ws/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, sa999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the sa999 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the sa999 platform and may request account closure by contacting sa999 customer support.

sa999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of the platform.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sa999 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and sa999, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. sa999 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with sa999 support, players may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under sa999's international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
